Greenock Medical Aid Society (GMAS) is a long-standing charitable organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of older people through compassionate, high-quality care. Founded in 1798, GMAS has a proud history of serving the community of Inverclyde, evolving over the centuries to meet the changing needs of local residents. 

As a registered charity, GMAS operates Bagatelle Care Home in Greenock, providing professional nursing care in a warm, homely environment. Rooted in strong values of dignity, respect, and community, GMAS continues to uphold its mission of delivering person-centred support that promotes well-being, independence, and a true sense of belonging.
